 A culinary world tour! The 27 chefs in our House of Food Restaurant Street demonstrate, what world class cooking is about.

 

For everyone who takes pleasure in good food, this is a dream come true. Step by step, dish by dish you can enjoy exclusive samples of well-known chefs. Whilst exploring, have a look over the chef’s shoulders and get into conversations about their craft – all 27 chefs took the opportunity to present their dishes live to the audience at the Restaurant Street. Meet TV chef Ralf Zacherl, who settled down in Berlin with SchmidtZ & KO, show cook and blogger Felicitas Then or even the To Beef and not to Beef crew.

Whether it’s classic braised veal cheeks, quinoa with fried dates and cucumber yoghurt or a sort of beef tartar, called sushi del Chianti. Whether you’re vegetarian, vegan or carnivore, Italian-lover, ceviche-fan or dessert-friend – there are no limits at the Restaurant Street. It’s a unique culinary playground for chefs and their guests. On Friday, the Berlin based publishing company Le Schicken additionally presents Berlin’s latest trends of the kitchen and street food scene. Under the motto “The city cooks – 27 culinary statements“, health food experts, culinary newcomers, trendsetters and established chefs of Berlin’s gourmet scene offer insights in their craft.
